Acceptance and eligibility
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Cadrix Flow (“Cadrix”, “we”), of 115 FF, Divine Mega 2, Ghazi Road, Lahore, Pakistan, for the Cadrix service at app.cadrixflow.com and the website at cadrixflow.com. By creating an account, or by using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use Cadrix for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you and Cadrix sign a separate written agreement (for example for an Enterprise plan), that agreement prevails over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts and security
You must give accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite, including the roles and permissions you give them. Tell us promptly at hello@cadrixflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require extra verification, and we may refuse or disable sign-ups that look automated or abusive.
The service and plans
Cadrix is a platform to design, run and govern AI workflows. We offer plans with different limits and features, such as the number of members, workflows, runs and storage; they are described on the pricing page. Limits are enforced by the service, and an action that would exceed your plan may be blocked until you upgrade or reduce usage. We may change plan features and limits for the future, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
Fees, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Polar processes your payment and issues invoices, and its terms apply to the purchase. We do not receive your card details.
- Prices are shown at checkout and exclude taxes unless stated. Polar calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes where it is required to.
- Paid plans renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel, using your saved payment method.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
- Refunds: see the pricing page and Polar’s terms. We do not promise a refund window beyond what they state or the law requires.
- If a payment fails or a subscription is revoked, your workspace can move back to the free Starter plan, and limits of that plan apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, or process content you have no right to process;
- upload or generate malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, sexually exploitative of minors or that promotes violence;
- send spam or run phishing, fraud or deceptive campaigns;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service, attempt to access another customer’s data, or bypass limits or rate controls, without our prior written permission (see responsible disclosure for how to report issues);
- interfere with or overload the service, or use it to attack other systems;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as a competing service, except as an authorised partner;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it despite this restriction;
- use the service in breach of the terms of the AI model providers or tools you connect.
We may remove content or restrict access that we reasonably believe breaches this section.
Your content and ownership
You own the workflows, documents, data, prompts and other material you put into the service and the outputs generated for you (“customer content”). You give Cadrix a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, copy and display customer content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service for you, and to comply with law. We do not use customer content to train AI models. You are responsible for your customer content and for having the rights and any consents needed to use it with the service, including personal data you process through it. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output
The service lets you run AI models that you choose. Output from AI models can be wrong, incomplete, biased or inappropriate, and may be similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for how you use output. Review it by a person before relying on it for important decisions, including those about people, health, safety, finance, legal matters or compliance. Cadrix does not provide professional advice.
Third-party services and model providers
You choose AI model providers and other third-party tools, you supply your own keys and credentials for them, and your use of them is governed by your agreement with them. Content in a workflow step is sent to the provider you configured. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their charges to you or what they do with the data you send them. Payments, email delivery and hosting for Cadrix itself are provided by the processors named in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Cadrix and its licensors own the service, the website, the software, the Cadrix name and logo and all related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other’s non-public information that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential secure, use it only to perform or use the service, and disclose it only to people who need to know and are bound to confidentiality, or as the law requires. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the recipient, was already known to it, or is independently developed. Customer content is your confidential information.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not state an uptime commitment in these terms. We may perform maintenance, update, change or discontinue features, and the service can be unavailable because of causes outside our control. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant planned changes.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk to the service or others, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where practical and lawful we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability and governing law, continue after termination.
Export and deletion of your data
While your account is active, authorised members can use the workspace export feature to export content such as workflows and chat history. For anything not covered by that feature, or after termination, contact hello@cadrixflow.com and we will help you obtain your data where we reasonably can. After an account is closed we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable period as described in the Privacy Policy. Backups expire on their own schedule, and we may keep data we must keep by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and that output will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cadrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in that period (or, if you use only the free plan, to a nominal amount to the extent the law allows). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Cadrix against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable costs, arising from your customer content, your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service, provided we promptly tell you of the claim and reasonably cooperate. Where you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Lahore having jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights where you live are not affected. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@cadrixflow.com so we can try to resolve a problem informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will give notice, for example by email or in the service, before they apply to you. If you continue to use the service after the effective date you accept the changes; if you do not agree, you can close your account.
